applications and wireless internet services.


Service Goals.

Software Development - Implementation of the final product to be on time, on budget, on brief. Implementation of software programs within 3 revisions.

Wireless Internet - Having the client operating within 72 hours after all documents are handed in and approved.

Support - keeping clients informed, current and operational .


Our Clients Rights.

Our clients have the right be treated in a courteous manner with the understanding that they may not have the technical knowledge.


Software Clients
can expect :

  1. Regular updates for improvements to the software.
  2. To speak to staff who have : 
    1. Working knowledge of the software program.
    2. Extensive knowledge of the clients industry.
    3. Intimate understanding of the clients business.


Wireless Clients
will be kept informed by, text messages, email and notices on our website regarding :

  1. Service interruption
  2. Maintenance
  3. Degradation of Internet Service


Enforcing our Clients Rights

Monthly client packs. The client pack contains response forms, billing summary, progress reports and upgrade information. The client pack is emailed.

Our website contains notices to inform clients about service interruption, maintenance programs, upgrades and general notices.

Periodic telephone calls to receive feedback.

Monthly staff bulletins showing clients responses against and overall average.
